When I started thinking about founding a new company to return to the bass amplification market place that I love, I gave a lot of thought to how I could address the important things the bass community has been looking for and trying to find for years. Bass players want and need to have great products available that fit their growing musical and operational needs. Even more importantly, however, they want to know they will have those products supported and backed up by a company and staff that is fully and personally committed to creating the best possible customer service experience out there. My vision was to create a small focused company founded on what had made my last company so successful with the players. With those goals in mind I connected with several like-minded friends and associates to develop a rock solid team of dedicated people to make executing our dream possible .

First of all you need to offer great, leading-edge products that will outperform most of the products already in the market. You need products with exciting, effective features that will really resonate with bass players. Then you have to back that all up with a dedicated staff that shares that deep commitment and has a real appreciation for the industry.
