I may possibly have a HUGE gig!

Postby rinos88 » Sat Oct 18, 2014 7:06 pm

I can't say who, yet, but I've been given an audition for one of the biggest bands that there is right now. My brother happened to be talking to the singer and he mentioned that their bass player is leaving.

So, if I get this gig, I will proudly be waving the DNA banner on a global level. I'm just super pumped and had to share.

Thanks, guys. I have to learn 3 of the band's songs and play them on video.

Update: It is looking like 99.999% that I've got this amazing spot. If all goes as planned, I will have some amazing news on August 25th.

Let's just say that I will be able to be a global advertisement for DNA. ;)

I understand that kind of gig generates lots of GAS. So, if you get it, do you think you might be getting a second DNS410?

Here are a couple of videos that really got these guys pumped. It was just me screwing around.

As for GAS, yes, I'm already getting my list together. ;) I plan on pushing the DNA line as hard as possible to try to get David the exposure and recognition that he deserves. I plan on at least one more cab for sure, if not 3 more.

If I do a 4 cab setup, I'll do 2 of them off of the 1350 and then the other 2 off of a slave amp. I'm trying to decide if I would want all 410 cabs or if I should do a stack on each side of the drums of a 410 on a 115. What do y'all think?

A wall of DNS410's would just be as impressive as all get out! Hard to imagine playing through 3 more of them. :o :o :o
