That sounds like a big band.

It IS a big band, still not the biggest I've played with. Some years ago we did a show at the same venue with our five piece band plus big band horns, strings, two choirs and lead singers doing some songs together. We were around 90 people on stage that time. That's too big, you won't get a band feel. Nineteen plus three is kind of managable...

We are 25 in the big band I play. But I know what you mean.
But we got that special going on the rythm section and that is ok for me.
Still I prefer playing with my 4 piece blues band.

Same here, less is more...
I prefer bass, drums and guitar OR piano, or something similar. It gives everybody an opportunity to "fill the costume in a tasteful maner"...

Oooops!
The managing director for the LdG hall called and told it is sold out. He asked if we will do two shows in one day/evening...
I think this is kinda nice, but we let the three front figures take that decision.

Here is a miniature of the poster:

Note that none of the guys try to look like the actual stars. The thing with our thing is we do our take on their music, not impersonations. Stefan is the guy whose looks is a bit like the original, and when he enters the stage everyone see The King. He is that kind of guy, a really nice fella'... Robert is up and coming with a four piece act called the Fabulous Four, singing the Gr. Am. Songbook stuff. Magnus is the guy with a big career, who is known outside the country too...

Very nice Roger. I like that all are *tribute artists... as is Ryan. While he definitely looks a LOT like Elvis, and does wear the costumes from several periods of Elvis' career, he always points out that we do our own take on the music. We don't try to perfectly recreate the way the original band played the songs. I like that, because it gives us the freedom to be ourselves to an extent.

Tribute artists, well, Stefan surely is. He built his career on the Elvis theme. Rob is more of a "crooner of his own", while Magnus has a long career as just Magnus, doing the Eurovision Song Contest thing a lot of years.

Here are som Stefan clips from back in the 80's. His somewhat stiff moves are due to an operation some days before the shoot...
