Just for the hell of it I thought I would try emailing DNA for the 20th time. Still no reply - even from a different email address. I guess there is either a technical hitch or their customer service is really poor.

As someone who uses my 1350/210 rig out just about every weekend the lack of communication on DNA’s part has me worried. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard folks have trouble getting in touch with DNA. It makes me wonder when/if ever I could get my gear repaired should a failure occur.

Hi,
did you just want to contact David or do you have an issue?
Rock on!

I wanted to find out if I can buy direct, as I am in Canada. But I am starting to think like Scottyn now. If you can't ever talk to someone, what happens if something goes wrong. I'm sure the gear is very good but there is more too it than that!

The DNA site lists Steve's Bass in Quebec as the only dealer in Canada, but while they have a fairly exhaustive list of bass amps they deal with, DNA is not on their list.

May be out of luck here in Canada.

Thanks Tobiasman,
I think I will have to go with a different make. I dread to think what a headache you guys are gonna have if something goes wrong with your gear. You just can't talk to anyone!
