Who is David's "guy" in Canada? I can't find anything/anyone who deals with DNA goods in Canada.
Feel that bottom, eh?

Not sure. He may just be his distributor or maybe product representative.

Thanks for that. I can follow up with them!

I see both amps, but they don't appear to carry cabs. :(

They can get the cabs. They quoted prices but shipping was quite expensive.

I have emailed DNA again. This isn't looking good. I wonder if anyone else has problems contacting them?

It doesn't look like I will be getting DNA speakers.
I can't get a response from them. Are they still in business? If so, its not good ignoring peoples emails.
It's a shame as the reviews are great, and two 210 cabs would have been killer.
I wonder if David reads this forum?

Hmmm....... I know they just added a new artist rep and updated some designs. David isn't on the forum, unfortunately. I do know he's a super busy guy.

I'm thinking the kink in the chain is something to do with the Canadian distributor. When I talked to David, he had forwarded the info to them so that they'd get a hold of you.

Let me try one more avenue for you........

I had a serious, long lasting problem with the Canadian "distributor" of David's Eden gear a number of years ago. I was changing out my speakers on my 4 Ohm 410 XLT to match my 8 Ohm 410 XST in order to bridge and get the most power from my amp. Ordered the replacement drivers, inquired at the retailer weekly for about 4 months. According to them, the "distributor" said that Eden was back ordered. Got in touch with Lane and determined that Eden had lots of those drivers and were apparently waiting for an order from the "distributor". Finally got a phone number from someone for the distributor and confronted him with the "facts". The retailer had sent the order in and he had sat on it for almost 6 months! A few days later I got word that Eden had finally received the order and about 3 weeks later the drivers arrived (via the "distributor"). Since we apparently can't order directly like they can in the USA, the choice of distributor is absolutely critical to the good name of the gear!!!!!

Do hope the choice of distributor this time is better.
