March 10th Bass GTG at Former Lakland Factory

Postby jmcgliss » Tue Mar 06, 2012 5:01 pm

As announced on the Lakland Owners Group forum, Dan Lakin is hosting an open house to launch "Dan Lakin Basses" (as a dealer) at the original Lakland factory. This event is in conjunction with a gathering of another Chicago bass players forum, so a good crowd is expected.

This announcement mentions having DNA cabs there (and probably David). I'll try to get confirmation on that.

It's confirmed that David will be there with some DNA power. Dan Lakin probably has a row of other amps there for people to jam on, too. Feel free to bring an axe you're comfy with, or to show off, in addition to whatever Dan might have on display.

That is cool that David will be there. He's a super cool guy. I was so glad to meet him and his wife at NAMM.
