"Decloaking" occurs. . . .

Welcome to David's "new" side, MTNbass.

It is a bit hard to hear in that iPad video, but appears very impressive indeed!

Welcome aboard! I was going through the 410 cab. The sound was set rather low, considering that the sound police there were being complete bungholes to everybody, so I didn't want to crank it.

The eq was flat. Even though the strings on the bass I was using were long since dead, the amp still provided awesome clarity.

The great Founder told me that he remembers me as being one of the first to get the 410 cab. Therefore, I'm determined to be one of the first to get the new amp.

Side note: Meeting David and his wife was really awesome. They're very nice people and it is obvious that they really love what they do.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.
@ Armin and tobias...I've taken much info./advice from both of you in " The Garden" But i'm sure I 'll learn even more here as well.

@ Terry, I can't believe the sound you got with low volume,I would love to here it cranked up to proper volume
Did you have a chance to play it through the 112 cabs? I'm kind of a 12's guy although I like 10's as well. I'm debating on some 10's for my next rig.
And without a doubt considering the DNA 210.
Question, Would the Helix be too much power to run through two of the DNA 112 cabs? That would be 600 watts to each cab, correct?
Again, thanks for the welcome and any advice/input.

Hi Robert,
same rules apply. Let the ears be your judge.
I think it is a good match just by looking at the figures.
Also the 1200W are a good compromise for running one 410 or two 112.
I guess soon there will be smaller amps as well available.

I hope soon I have some references by firing up my DNS410 or the two DNS112 with the HELIX.

This is me playing an Overture handcrafted bass through the new Helix amp. Oh yeah! Keep in mind that this is over a ton of ambient noise and recorded by an Ipad that was several feet away.
