Warranty and Anti-Theft Registration

Postby LaneOnBass » Sat Dec 04, 2010 10:36 am

When you purchase a DNA product, there are two things you MUST do:

1. Complete your warranty registration. - Please visit the registration page and let us know about your purchase. That way, in the unlikely event that you ever need service, you're already one step ahead in the game.

2. Complete your SNAGG registration. Snagg is the company that makes our anti-theft RFID chips. In order to engage your anti-theft feature, you MUST register the product over on the Snagg web site.

Please help us help YOU by taking these two steps. Thanks a TON!!

I would like to say that I think the anti-theft chip is an amazing idea! I'll hopefully be registering one in the next week or so.

I believe this anti-theft chip is purely a domestic US thing. Am I correct?

Us Americans get this, but you Europeans get better coffee. Each time I've been to England and Africa, I'm blown away by the amazing coffee. Only to come back here to our coffee that seems not to be even close.

We get fancy gear stuff, while you get great coffee. Fair trade?

Well, the chip is installed in every cabinet. So, I wonder if you might talk to local police... or Interpol or some such (LOL!) about the reading wands. If I were you, I'd STILL register the chip, because you never know when Europe might get on board of this idea...

I registered already.
Lane, you're right, they will jump on that train, but as usual they will drive in another booth with another system.
But it doesn't hurt to register, so go on everybody :-D

DNA warranty registration page does not seem to want to display the online registration form. I registered my new cab with Snagg but not with DNA. No e-mail replies from DNA. Anyone have any advice? Thanks.

I seem to have missed this coffee debate...
Take your poor American coffee and overdose it. If it is too light roasted, just roast it in the oven some more. It can only be better, yet not perfect...
