Born Of Silence at The Whammy Bar- Peoria, Illinois

Postby rinos88 » Mon Oct 04, 2010 1:23 am

My new band is playing a big show at The Whammy Bar on Main St. in Peoria, Illinois on October 23rd. It will be one of our few shows in our home state lately, so it should be a blast if anyone can make it.

We're playing with Atavis, Inner Seige and Sacred Dawn. It will be a night of Melodic Metal (i.e. REAL singing.)

Yeah, my bass definitely does growl like a rabid dog.

Too bad you can't make it, Lane. I'll let you know on the next show. We should have a few shows coming up in the works in Illinois soon.

It looks like we may be playing in Tampa, Florida again in February if you can make it to that one. 8-)

One thing Rinos88 forgot to note is Sacred Dawn is signed to Nightmare Records.
Which shows what a great band they are. But then again all of the bands playing are amazing.

Sorry to hear you cant make it Lane.
Want me to save a Born Of Silence shirt for you? I'm doing several for the show. :violin:

The show is tonight. I'm pumped because it is our first show in our home state that we've done for a while and we're expecting a great turn out. The radio stations have been pumping out advertising for it.

Unfortunately I couldn't get the DNS410 in time to play it. But, the good new is that this should be my last gig with my current rig. It just leaves me with that feeling that something is missing. I've missed playing David's rigs so bad. I only stopped because of issues with U.S. Music that were no fauld of David's. So, for the past few years, I've been on a tone quest again.

Once I get my DNS410, the next gig will be a lot of fun to unleash it. I just hope that the head follows very soon. I know that I'll finally be tonally happy again.
