Not here.
If the fault is on the page everybody must see it.
Did you try and purged the cache of your browser?

Hi Armin,

I have mine set to check for new page every time, but occasionally even that setting doesn't bring in the newest page. I've been seeing that white page so I thought I'd go clear my cache and try again....still see the white page. Might not be a bad idea to clear your cache and see if the white page comes up for you. Of course....you'll hate it if it does.

Another thing...I'm using Firefox 8.0. Firefox has always been more critical of code (less fault tolerant) than IE. So I tried it in I.E. thinking that might be what's happening. I tried it in I.E. and it was worse yet. It came up with the white space and then, when I selected active topics, the page really came up a mess. It not only had the white space between the header image and the main body of the forum, the whole main body was compressed to be about 640 pixels wide. Looks like someone has defined table width incorrectly either with HTML or with CSS.

So....I went back to Firefox again. At least it runs the whole width of the window.

Sure wish winter NAMM was here so we could talk about something besides white space on the forum :( :( :( :(

Looking forward to seeing what David has come up with

Hi Dan,
I purge the cache of the forum frequently and never saw the white space in between since then.
I switched to google chrome since FF is not what it used to be anymore.

Oh yes, about time to talk about gear again. I am desperate.

I'm using Chrome to access this forum and most of the time it comes up correctly but, before Armin and others took on a more active role in fixing whatever it is that goes wrong, it still came up with white space and all the headings stacked along the left side of the screen. Been much better of late though!

Ya, I want to talk about gear as well . . . . but :(

Hi Roger,

Cache refers to copies of web pages that you've been to that are "temporarily" kept on your computer. If the page or pages you need are in your cache, the web browser doesn't have to download the whole page all over again if you go away from it and then come back. It just reads it from the cache on your computer and displays it immediately. Was much more important prior to high-speed internet. Different browsers have their "clear cache" button in different spots. Tell me which browser you're using and I should be able to tell you how to clear your cache.
