My old Mexican Fender Jazz IV

Postby rinos88 » Mon Mar 18, 2013 9:56 pm

I decided to break my old Fender Jazz bass out of hibernation. This is one of my first real basses that I got when I was a kid. (I had a few generic brands to start off with.)

My wife saw it and we realized that it matched my outfit, so she started to take some pictures. I look so 'Metal!" :)

A darker background would improve the style as well :D

Darker background would only work in a photo if you have a bright spotlight on rinos88. Otherwise the picture would look like a floating face and pickguard. Black against black, or any really dark color hides the edges. But YES....shoes would help! I probably wouldn't have noticed the socks if you hadn't pointed it out, but now that you have....Hard to take seriously in socks. :D

Socks worked for the Red Hot Chili Peppers.....but, I guess they weren't metal, were they? Haha.

I may actually have to wear the same outfit and pull out that bass for a real photo shoot......with shoes on. :)
