Re: DNA 800

You should be able to reach him or someone who can help you through the Support pages on his web site. I just went there and down at the bottom of the page was a "contact us" link. I've put that link below for your convenience. When you get to that page, scroll down below the "Contact...

A lesson in LOUD! December, 2019

Wow, I forgot to post about this gig in December. I was playing a gig before Christmas with the Blues Phoenix Project. We are a blues rock trio and our set-lists are heavily blues oriented. I had purchased a DNS-210 to take to small and medium-sized clubs so rolling in my DNS-410 didn't scare the ow...

Re: DNS-210 is LOUD!

It's certainly the tallest although not two wide or deep. From what I understand - correct me if I'm wrong - the reason it is so tall compared to his Eden designs is because of the flared and textured shelf port. Flaring it to improve the acceleration of air out of the port necessitated a taller cab...

Re: Registering

I don't know that DNA has any simple method to do that. Their support page allows you to register your purchase but I don't see anywhere that it shows you a list of what your registered. However, if I recall correctly, when I recently purchased my DNS-210 and went to register the RFID chip, it also ...

Re: Ho, Ho, Ho! 2019

Hey Jim, We have three kids and two of them have their own kids. We now have 7 grandchildren. It's really a strange feeling the first time or two year with the empty nest, but the kids have their own lives and you have to get used to that. We have been empty-nesters for a long time now, but we had o...

Ho, Ho, Ho! 2019

Ho, Ho, Ho, Merry Christmas everyone! And a Happy New Year too! If you are not a "Christmas" person, then Happy Chanakuh, Happy Winter Solstice, or Happy Kwanzaa, whichever one works for you. Hope you all are having (or had) a GREAT day! :happy-bouncyyellow: :handgestures-thumbupright: :DD...

Re: DNS-210 is LOUD!

LOL...you think David would put out empty cabs for use as amp/cab stands? How about those false fronts like you see from Marshall?  :shifty: :DD

Re: DNS-210 is LOUD!

Yeah Armin it did sound great once I got out of the direct line of fire. Sounded great out in the audience, but you don't want to be standing 3-ft. in front of it with the speakers at ear level when you're playing a gig. It really produces the same sound as my DNS410 though and I really like that!

Re: DNS-210 is LOUD!

Yeah, it was pretty amazing. I'd only used it up to that point in our rehearsal studio powering it with an Eden TN226 which puts out 225 into 4 ohms and about half that into 8 ohms. Since this is an 8 ohm cab I'm guessing somewhere around 120-watts, and that worked just fine for rehearsal but hadn't...

DNS-210 is LOUD!

Hi all, Had a gig last night at a medium sized venue. Our group is known as the Blues Phoenix Project and we are a trio playing Blues and Rock. Took my complete set-up to it. I wasn't sure if the DNS-210 would be enough on its own so I put it on top of my DNS-410 figuring I could quickly unplug the ...
