I moved to Nashville in 2009 and studied music at Trevecca Nazarene University. There, I studied under Jeff Cox, who has had the biggest influence on how I view playing bass and being a musician. I studied the likes of James Jamerson (who’s tunes I shed when working on my reading chops), Marcus Miller, Victor Wooten, Ron Carter, John Patitucci, among others. After finishing school in 2013, I have freelanced with artists such as Smithfield, Levi Hummon, Rhett Walker Band, and many others. I played full time for Chris Knight, and soaked up as much wisdom as I could during my year and a half with the Texas country legend. I’m currently playing with artists Everette and Jordan Fletcher. These are a couple extremely talented up-and-coming artists that I’m excited to grow with musically, professionally, and personally.

“This is a special family to be a part of. Obviously David is a legend in the bass world, so to be associated with him is incredible. This amp is so versatile and easy to dial in the tones I’m looking for. Coupled with having absolutely no hum or noise, and being lightweight, this amp will be a staple in my road and studio rig for years”!
